Reservations and Payment
We require credit/debit card details to confirm all reservations. Payment is due on departure and can be made by debit card or credit card. We prefer payments by debit card. The credit/debit card used to make the reservation will be charged in the event of cancellation within seven days of arrival date. Please read our cancellation policy.
A minimum stay of two nights may apply at certain times as indicated on the booking page of our web site.
We operate a 7 day cancellation policy. This means that if you need to cancel a reservation you should do so 7 days or more before 12 noon on the day of arrival. In the event of a cancellation we will charge the full amount for accommodation unless we can re-sell the rooms.
For reservations of three or more rooms our cancellation period is 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival and a non refundable deposit equal to the cost of accommodation for the first night is payable at the time of booking. This means that if one or all of the rooms are cancelled less 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival we reserve the right to charge in full if rooms are not re-sold
Ravenhill Guest House is entirely a smoke free zone. Any bedrooms tainted by tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24-hour period and all charges resulting from this, both actual and loss of business will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking.
Arrival and Departure Times.
Check in is available from 3:00 - 10:00 pm.
Please contact us prior to your visit if you need to arrive outside of these times.
Ravenhill House is a small family run business and as such it is not possible to have staff in the house all of the time. We require guests to provide us with arrival times in order that we can be available to offer a proper welcome and also be able to plan our day.
If you are arriving by air please give us the flight number so we can be aware of any delays.
